Airport
To request permission to shoot inside the airport, a request should be sent to the following email ibizacomercial@aena.es including the following:
1. Description of the film or project2. Exact dates
3. Indication of schedule and zone of shooting
4. Number of participants
5. Additional requirements
6. Insurance for filming at the airport
With this information a budget will be elaborated and the feasibility of the project will be communicated once studied, from there on the procedures will be concluded.

Drones
Drones activity in Spain is regulated by Law 18/2014 of 15 October, approving urgent measures for growth, competitiveness and efficiency. Within title II, Chapter I, section 6, it is indicated that all these aircraft can only fly in uncontrolled airspace.
On the island of Ibiza all airspace (from 0m) is listed as a controlled airspace, so is not allowed flying drones.
The procedure for requesting any use of airspace is as follows::
- Send a filled form with data regarding the activity 20 business days in advance
- The possibility of carrying out the activity, is coordinated together with Ferronats (responsible for the airspace within CTR IBZ) and with ENAIRE (responsible for the airspace outside CTR)
- The request will be resolved up to 7 days before the the event informing the feasibility or if additional measures for coordination are necessary

Municipalities
To obtain permits within the municipality of Ibiza, an instance must be submitted with the relevant data in the register of the city council of Ibiza. Existing applications in the same registry. The minimum is 7 working days in advance. Ibiza Travel Eivissa.es

Ports and coasts
Ibiza port depends on the Balearic Islands Port Authority. To request permission it is appropriate to contact the office of Ibiza. Prices may vary depending on dates and area occupied, considering location and the amount of m2. There are specific requirements depending on the type of film and the obligation to comply with the conditions required by OCAE (Oficina Técnica de Coordinació d'Activitats Empresarials).

Ses Salines Natural Park
The authorized activities need a Resolution from the general director of Natural Spaces and Biodiversity to be able to carry them out, and the interested party must submit an application and a declaration of compliance with good practices in the development of the activity duly filled in and signed. To request permission for filming or audiovisual project in the Ses Salines Natural Park in Ibiza and Formentera, you must contact the General Directorate of Natural Environment and Biodiversity of the Ministry of the Environment and Territory according to the instructions established in the following link, either for electronic or face-to-face presentation (this option includes a list of institutions agreed with the GOIB where it is possible to present the documentation: https://www.caib.es/sites/atenciociutadania/es/pagina_dinici-21357/ The applications will be accompanied by a declaration responsible for good practices in the development of the activity and the receipt of the payment of the corresponding fee.
