For two days, the Ibiza Film Commission participated in the prestigious Shooting Locations Marketplace in Valladolid, a key event that brings together representatives of filming destinations from around the world.
In addition to this meeting, organized in collaboration with the Spain Film Commissionthe Ibiza Film Commission organized the Fam Trip Shooting Locations Marketplace which has been a unique opportunity to show the magic of Ibiza as an ideal setting for audiovisual productions.
American and British localizers visited some of the most emblematic places on the island. Among the outstanding stops were:
- Santa Gertrudiswith its rural charm and authentic atmosphere.
- San Miquel de Balasanta place that combines tradition and unique landscapes.
- The Moscater Lighthouseaccessible from the Port of Portinatx, ideal for dramatic scenes by the sea.
- Pou des Lleóa place of great natural beauty.
- The church of Puig de Missa in Santa Eulàriaa symbol of the history and culture of the island.
The visit not only allowed the localizers to discover the diversity of landscapes and scenery Ibiza has to offer, but also to appreciate its ability to adapt to different genres and production styles.
